TMC's Functions

According to TMC’s mission and under the spiritual guidance of TMC’s Sangha, the functioning of TMC is as follows:

1. The Board of Directors makes the policy, and
2. The Executive Branch carries out the policy.

The policy and the operation of TMC aim to make it a suitable environment for mental cultivation and mindfulness establishment toward realizing Nibbana and gaining the ultimate enlightenment and total freedom of suffering. All of the members are volunteers.
